VoIP, Voice over IP or IP Telephony is where you use the internet to make telephone calls and save money. These calls can be made using just about any normal telephone system.
Calls using VoIP to any fixed telephone line are generally at a fixed rate regardless of time spent talking, mobiles rates are on a per minute basis.
